AgentProfile.sg aggregates and displays information sourced from publicly available records published by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) of Singapore. This includes, but is not limited to, agent registration status, registration numbers, agency affiliations, and transaction data.

This information is provided for general reference and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to legal, financial, property, or investment advice.

2. Accuracy and Currency of Information

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the information displayed is current and accurate, AgentProfile.sg makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that:

Any information is accurate, complete, or up to date at the time of viewing
Agent registration status displayed reflects the agent's current CEA registration status
Transaction data is complete or accurately reflects an agent's full transaction history
The AgentProfile Score or any ranking accurately predicts future agent performance

Agent registration status can change at any time. An agent who appears as registered on this site may have had their registration subsequently suspended, cancelled, or revoked. Always verify directly with CEA at cea.gov.sg before engaging any property agent.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AgentProfile.sg, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
Financial loss arising from property transactions or decisions
Loss arising from reliance on any information displayed on this platform
Loss arising from your engagement with any property agent found via this platform

This limitation applies regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable and whether AgentProfile.sg had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

4. No Endorsement

The display of any agent's information on AgentProfile.sg does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of that agent. A high AgentProfile Score does not guarantee satisfactory performance, ethical conduct, or suitability for your specific property needs.

Similarly, a low AgentProfile Score does not imply that an agent is incompetent, dishonest, or unsuitable. The score is based solely on publicly available transaction data and does not reflect client satisfaction, communication skills, negotiation ability, or other qualitative factors.

5. Third-Party Verification Required

Before engaging any property agent, you should independently verify:

That the agent holds a valid CEA registration at the time of engagement — verify at cea.gov.sg
That the agent's registration has not been suspended or cancelled
The agent's identity by requesting their physical CEA registration card
That the agency they represent is also a licensed estate agency

6. AgentProfile Score

The AgentProfile Score is a proprietary metric developed by AgentProfile.sg based on publicly available transaction data. It is intended to provide a general indication of an agent's verified transaction activity and should not be used as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting a property agent.

The score methodology may change over time without notice. Past transaction activity is not necessarily indicative of future performance.

7. Data Source

All agent and transaction data is sourced from the CEA Public Register and other publicly available government datasets. AgentProfile.sg does not independently verify this data beyond what is publicly available. Discrepancies between information on this site and CEA records should be reported to us at hello@agentprofile.sg.

8. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. Changes to This Disclaimer

AgentProfile.sg reserves the right to update this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimer.
